How long does my order take to ship?
All orders are processed to ship Monday through Friday. We offer same-day shipping on all orders received prior to 4PM EST. These orders are shipped via USPS or UPS based on your selection at check-out. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. Holidays. Additional time may be required for larger orders, International orders, or orders including backordered items.
When will I receive my product?

Timing is dependent upon origin and destination, and based on your selection. Tracking information is sent to you once shipment is complete, and may take 24-48 hours to update.

InnovaPharm orders are shipped from Freeport, NY.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
We offer a money back guarantee on all unopened, unused merchandise, returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees, and will not be reimbursed for original shipping fees charged.
Are your products tested for contaminants?
Yes, all products are manufactured in GMP certified facilities.
