Unopened products, purchased from InnovaPharm.com can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. All refunds will have the original Shipping and Handling fee removed from the total refund. Customer will also be responsible for return shipping charges.

Once the product is returned and processed at our facility, customer will then receive refund to the specific credit card or PayPal account he or she originally used for payment.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any InnovaPharm product or service, please contact us at results@innovapharm.com and we will rectify the situation on a case per case basis.

If there is any mistake made with your order, please contact us immediately at orders@innovapharm.com.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact orders@innovapharm.com immediately with your order number. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

Before placing your order, please ensure your local customs laws are in accordance with your purchase, as customs can be strict with dietary supplements. It is the consumer's responsibility for what is or is not legal in their country. 

InnovaPharm cannot be held responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, or additional packing fees asserted by your local customs office. These charges are completely separate from your shipping fees, which are your responsibility.

InnovaPharm will not ship to countries that may require any type of license, and will not be held liable for issues at your local post office. Refunds will not be given for product seized at your local customs office or products not delivered back to us.

We ask that you please provide your full shipping address, and contact information inclusive of phone number, as USPS, UPS, or FedEx may need to contact you regarding your order.
