Innovapharm LLC (“Innovapharm,” “we,” “us” or “our”) operates Innovapharm.com. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you browse, order, contact us or use optional features. Contact us at results@innovapharm.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information we handle
Information you provide. This may include your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, account details, order information, marketing preferences and consent records. We also receive information you provide in support requests, reviews or uploads. Please do not send payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive medical information through email or public reviews.
Orders and payments. We receive information about products ordered, purchase history, payment status, refunds and fulfillment. Payment providers process payment details needed to complete your transaction; the information available to us depends on the payment method.
Website and message interactions. Depending on the features enabled and your applicable choices, we and providers may collect IP address, browser and device information, cookie or similar identifiers, referring pages, pages or products viewed, cart and checkout activity, and interactions with email or other messages. Cookies, pixels, logs and similar technologies may be used for these purposes.
Information from providers. We may receive delivery updates, payment and fraud-screening results, review information, subscription preferences and other information from providers supporting your interaction with us. Optional advertising features may involve campaign or audience information as described below.
How we use information
We use information to process and deliver orders, take payments, handle returns, maintain accounts, respond to support requests, protect against fraud and abuse, keep business records and meet legal obligations. We also use information to maintain and improve our store and understand product and customer-service needs. Optional marketing, measurement and advertising uses are subject to the choices and legal requirements described in this policy.
Shopify and enhanced services
Shopify hosts our store and processes personal information when you visit or make purchases. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Shopify uses information about interactions with our store together with interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalization, store improvements and advertising-related services. Your information is shared with Shopify and relevant providers, which may process it in other countries. Other merchants cannot access our customer information through this feature.
Read Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy for details. Where applicable, use our data-sharing opt-out page to opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising. You can also use Shopify’s privacy portal to exercise rights relating to Shopify’s processing, including applicable withdrawal of consent or objection.
Providers and other disclosures
We disclose information as needed to providers supporting store hosting, payments, fulfillment and shipping, business records, reviews, customer support and communications. Shopify hosts our store. Klaviyo holds historical contact, profile and purchase-related information from our previous integration and may support optional communications when enabled. Other providers' involvement depends on the services you use and our enabled features.
We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, protect against fraud or security threats, or establish or defend legal claims. Information may also be involved in a merger, acquisition or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law and existing privacy obligations.
We do not sell, rent or exchange customer contact lists so that other businesses can market their own products to you. Advertising-related disclosures, where enabled, may nevertheless be treated as a “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws; those activities require their own disclosures and applicable choices.
Essential messages and optional marketing email
We send essential messages relating to orders, shipping, support and legal obligations. If you subscribe to marketing email, we may use your email address and relevant customer interactions to send Innovapharm product news and offers. Marketing email is optional. Unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us for help. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential communications.
Optional text messaging
If we offer a text-message program and you separately opt in, we may use your mobile number, consent records and messaging interactions to send the messages described at signup, including promotional messages where you have agreed to receive them. Email signup, accepting website terms, or providing a phone number for an order does not itself subscribe you to promotional texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Where a program is offered, its signup disclosures and mobile terms will explain message frequency, possible message and data charges, and how to opt out or obtain help. We do not share text-messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Providers supporting the messaging program may process that information to deliver the service. This conditional description does not mean an SMS program is currently available.
Optional advertising, personalization and measurement
If we enable advertising features, we may work with advertising partners and use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to measure campaign results and show relevant Innovapharm advertisements, including after you visit our site. Depending on the feature, information involved may include device and online identifiers, products or pages viewed, cart or purchase events, and contact identifiers used for audience matching.
These activities are subject to applicable consent, targeted-advertising and sale/sharing opt-out requirements. A privacy policy does not itself constitute consent to advertising tracking or promotional texts. Before enabling a feature, its data uses and the applicable choices must be disclosed and implemented. This section describes foreseeable optional uses and does not establish that every described feature is currently enabled.
Cookies and privacy choices
Essential technologies support functions such as shopping carts, checkout, security and privacy preferences. Other technologies may support analytics, personalization or advertising when enabled. Where consent is required, nonessential technologies must respect your consent choice. Where applicable law requires recognition of a browser-based opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, we will honor that signal as required.
Shopify’s cookie banner is enabled in its recommended consent regions, and its data-sharing opt-out page is enabled in its recommended U.S. states. You can manage cookies through your browser and through the site’s privacy controls where displayed. Blocking cookies may affect store functions. Marketing unsubscribe choices and cookie choices are separate. You may contact us to exercise an applicable targeted-advertising or sale/sharing opt-out right. Third-party advertising preference tools may offer additional choices but do not replace rights or controls we are required to provide.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, considering order support, accounting and tax requirements, fraud prevention, legal claims, consent records and suppression of unwanted marketing. Historical data may remain with our providers even when a marketing integration is disabled. We may retain information when necessary to meet a legal obligation or another lawful exception to a deletion request.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the law applicable to our business and your information, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent, restrict or object to certain processing, or opt out of targeted advertising or a sale/sharing of personal information. Additional rights, including portability, an appeal of a request decision or use of an authorized agent, may apply.
Send a request to results@innovapharm.com and describe the right you want to exercise. We may reasonably verify your identity or an agent's authority and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. If an appeal right applies, reply to our decision and request an appeal. You may also complain to the appropriate privacy regulator.
International processing
We are based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different privacy laws. Where applicable, we rely on lawful grounds such as fulfilling your order, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent, and use legally required safeguards for restricted international transfers. Your applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Children and third-party services
Our store is directed to adults and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and take appropriate action. The purchasing-age rule in our Terms of Service is separate from this privacy statement.
Linked websites and third-party services have their own privacy practices. Information you post publicly, such as a review, may be visible to others.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our services and practices change. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or request consent where required by applicable law. A later policy change does not remove obligations arising from promises made when information was collected.
